What is clay brick?
Production steps of all types of clay bricks

Clay brick or clay blade or clay block is one of the most widely used materials in the building. The price of clay brick is determined based on its quality and dimensions. These types of clay bricks are carefully prepared in terms of construction, shape, color, and technical specifications, and depending on their shape, they are used in different parts of the building. Due to the low absorption of water in clay bricks, in order to have proper adhesion with mortar, they use perforated types. Another of their properties is the style that increases the speed of execution. Due to the uniform and uniform surface of these types of bricks, it is possible to suggest the clay type for the brick facade.

2- Preparation of the soil:

In this step, first, lumps and stones are separated from the soil, and other hard materials are ground in the mill until they are granulated. It has reached the standard and is kept in its own places. 3- The production of clay brick molds is divided into two stages: The first stage, which includes the production Clay bricks are dry: in this case, the soil is compacted to such an extent that there are no voids in it. In fact, it is pressed into the mold. The percentage of humidity in this case is very low.

The second stage of clay brick production is wet: in this case, the soil obtained by the above method is turned into clay and transferred to the molding machine and the clay is formed. and after that it enters the cutting machine and is cut into the required and usual sizes, after that it enters the drying machine until its humidity reaches the required level and it is ready to be placed in the furnace. If the clays do not go into the dryer, the clay will crack and get damaged due to the presence of high humidity. At this stage, the clays are placed in the kiln and the heat is very high and finally the clays are baked, then the kiln is turned off and after cooling, the clays are loaded and stored.

They use a bigger one with the name Khatai whose size is 25*25*5 or larger. At present, the most common use of clay bricks in the wall construction stage is to make separator blades, for which perforated blocks are used.
